Hi! I’m Montse, a self-taught artist from the south of Spain, now based in Berlin.

I grew up surrounded by sunlight, the sea and endless shades of blue always nearby.
Alongside the ocean, women has always been my greatest inspiration: their power, their calmness and their nature continue to shape who I am and how I paint.

Without formal art training, I’ve learned to trust my intuition, to let my feelings guide every brushstroke and my colors tell stories that my words can’t. My work is a way to share emotions, situations and states of being that feel universal but deeply personal at the same time.

Through oil and acrylic on canvas, I explore femininity in all its forms: its strength, vulnerability, softness and wildness. Each painting becomes a safe space to feel, to remember, to connect and to dream.

I see my art as a conversation with the world, an invitation to pause and connect with what’s underneath the surface. Inspired by the ocean, the sunlight of my roots and the femininity, I paint to transmit the beauty, complexity and contradictions that make us human.
